Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Location: Remote (Germany) with up to 50% travel within Germany
Salary: €60,000 – €84,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our healthcare software solutions within Germany. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to improve their workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the German healthcare market.
Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Travel within Germany up to 50% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in sales within the healthcare industry, preferably in selling software or applications to healthcare professionals.
Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and its stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license.
