Location: Remote (Germany, EU)

Salary: €44,000 – €50,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with IT integrations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our software solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients, addressing IT-related inquiries and issues promptly.

• Assist with the integration of our software solutions into clients' existing IT infrastructures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and address system improvements.

• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not required.

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Valid EU work permit.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
