Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, ideally with some experience in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing AI-powered applications that transform healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven software solutions focusing on LLMs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing healthcare platforms.

• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies.

• Optimize and fine-tune models to ensure high performance and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI implementations.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally with experience on AI and LLMs.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.

• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are not required.

• Valid EU work permit.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
